LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Borough Council on 11th November 2020 tor the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, Unit A, West Mall, Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, BH8 9UY for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:30 to 17:00 and non-standard timings of 08:00 to 22:00 from 1 November to 31 December and up to 5 times a year for friends and family, as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team Communities, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road Bournemouth, BH2 6EA to be received by no later than 9th December 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
