PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT LAND BOUNDED BY AINDERBY ROAD, WOODEN HILL LANE, ST PAULINUS DRIVE AND ST CUTHBURT DRIVE

Persimmon Homes will be hosting a public exhibition on Thursday 18th September, from 2-7pm at the Regency Stadium, Ainderby Road (home of Northallerton Town FC). We are proposing to develop two adjacent sites for a total of 88 new homes and the event will provide an opportunity to view and comment on our emerging proposals for the site. We are seeking the views of local residents on our draft proposals to help inform how we develop the site in more detail before proceeding. Please come along to find out more about this scheme and give feedback on the development of the designs. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
