Notice advertising proposal for works on Clapham Common
Transport for London has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under Article 12 of the Greater London Parks and Open Spaces Order 1967 to carry out restricted works on Clapham Common. The Planning Inspectoratewill decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
The works comprise of a Santander Cycles docking station, for which planning permission was granted subject to conditions by Wandsworth Council on DATE. The application and corresponding documents can be viewed on Wandsworth's planning website using the reference XXX. The Cycle Hire station will consist of 26 docking points and a payment terminal, located on the carriageway opposite 3 Nightingale Lane on the south edge of Clapham Common, SW4 9AH.
Due to Government advice in respect of Coronavirus, a copy of the application form and accompanying documents will not be placed in a public area for viewing. However, a copy may be obtained by emailing
