NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders will be to>
The general effect of the Orders will be to>
a) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a
disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following locations.

Albert Road, South Norwood  Outside No. 159 and partially across the frontage of No. 161
Goldwell Road, Thornton Heath  Outside Nos. 4 & 6 (relocated from Grove Road)
Kynaston Crescent, Thornton Heath Outside Nos. 26 & 28 (partially on the footway, replaces one space within a proposed permit/pay & display bay)
Silverleigh Road, Thornton Heath  Outside No. 123 and partially across the frontage of No. 125

b) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.
2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 23 November 2020, and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the "Access Croydon" Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

3. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1 EA.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS A LOCAL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY hereby gives notice of an Order made under section 247 of the above Act entitled Quail Gardens, authorising the stopping up of part of Quail Gardens to enable the development described in the schedule to this Notice to carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to Mr. Matthew Arnold, The Oakwood Group and PA Housing, Oaks House, 12-22 West Street Epsom KT18 7RG on 25 July 2019 planning reference 19/00543/FUL.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made have not been complied with, may within six weeks of 19 November 2020 apply to the High Court for the suspension of quashing of the Order or of any provision included. In submitting an objection it should be noted that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant to enable your objection to be considered. DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT
Erection of 15 three bedroom terrace houses. Provision of vehicular access, access road and associated works including car/cycle parking, refuge storage and landscaping.
DESCRIPTION OF HIGHWAY TO BE STOPPED UP
The highway to be stopped up is in the London Borough of Croydon. It is shown shaded brown and line hatched red on drawing reference 134173-FAH-ZZ-00-DR-C-6101and is a short spur of all-purpose highway located opposite 30/32 Quail Gardens.

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING BAYS AND CHARGING POINTS - BECKFORD ROAD, CROYDON, COBDEN ROAD & DICKENSON'S LANE, SOUTH NORWOOD, FRIMLEY CLOSE, NEW ADDINGTON & HATCH ROAD, NORBURY.
The Croydon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping, Loading and Waiting) and (Free Parking Places) (Amendment No. K104) The Croydon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.K105) Order 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers and also proposes to install electric vehicle charging points under section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be:-
(a) To provide parking places which may be used free of charge by electrically propelled vehicles that are being charged with electrical power, operational at any time on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, in the locations detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

(b) To install electric vehicle charging points adjacent to the proposed parking places, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

(c) To amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.

NOTE: although parking in the electric vehicle bays is free of charge there is a cost involved in the use of the adjacent electric vehicle charging point.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, by email request to Parking.Design@croydon.gov.uk. Further information may also be obtained from the Parking Design team via email.

4. Persons desiring to object or make representations in relation to the proposed Orders or charging points should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Order Making Section, Parking Design Team, Place Department, Croydon Council, Floor 6, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CRO 1 EA or email Parking.Design@croydon.gov.uk quoting the reference PD/CH/ K104 & K105 by 17 December 2020.

5. The proposed Orders are intended to introduce electric vehicle charging bays and charging points to enable electric vehicle users to have access to unobstructed charging facilities reserved for the use of electric vehicles only, as part of the Council's aim to have a phased introduction of up to 400 electric vehicle charging points across the borough. The Orders are also intended to amend existing yellow lines to accommodate the new electric vehicle charging bays where necessary.

BEACONSFIELD ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to restore a gas service, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Beaconsfield Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Beaconsfield Road will be closed between its junctions with Northcote Road and Guildford Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Northcote Road, Whitehorse Road and The Crescent and vice versa, as appropriately signed. Access to Beaconsfield Road and Guildford Road will be maintained from Whitehorse Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 21 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
ECCLESBOURNE ROAD. THORNTON HEATH NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to

temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Ecclesbourne Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Ecclesbourne Road will be closed between the south-western kerb-line of Zermatt Road and the common boundary of Nos. 61 and 63 Ecclesbourne Road.

3. During the closure, the diversion route for traffic will be via Berne Road, Geneva Road and Zermatt Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 26 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1985 AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 MOFFAT ROAD & SPEKE ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas connection they have made an Order the effect of which will be to introduce parking restrictions in Moffat Road and Speke Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place waiting and loading restrictions prohibiting parking and loading and operating "at any time" will be Introduced in the following locations.

a) Moffat Road, on both sides of the road between the common boundaries of Nos. 83 and 85 and Nos. 72 and 74 Moffat Road.

b) Speke Road, on both sides of the road between the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Speke Road and a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of No. 50 Burlington Road.

3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) any vehicle carrying out the said works

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

4. The Order will come into operation on 23 November 2020 and it Is anticipated that the works will be completed within eleven days. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be re-introduced if further works are required.

CROYDON COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the development works in Station Road, West Croydon, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:

(a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of the works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) temporarily close to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(c) temporarily close any adjoining streets to those mentioned in the Schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress; and

(d) temporarily introduce banned turns, footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice should this be required;

(e) any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the development works.

2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to

(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or

(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.

3. Whilst the provisions of the Order remain in force, waiting or loading by vehicles will be prohibited at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified where work is in progress. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

4. During the prohibition referred to in paragraph 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.

5. The Order will come into operation on the 27 November 2020 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2002. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).
