(East Gate, Harlow) (Temporary Parking Restriction) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made a temporary Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To temporarily introduce a shared used 'Goods Vehicles Loading Only 7am-6pm and No Waiting 6pm-7am Except Taxis' bay on the south side of East Gate, outside Nos. 31 to 35, in the District of Harlow. The Order came into effect on 16th November 2020 to remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
(Brook Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brook Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sunnyside Road to its junction with Crossing Road a distance of approximately 130m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30059932037 -JK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Bower Hill, Station Road, High Street, High Road, Theydon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hobbs Cross Road, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Chalk Lane for a distance of approximately 105m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th December 2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410112657 -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains rehabilitation works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Threshers Bush, Workers Road, Church Road, Mill Lane, Harlow Road, Wind Hill, Greenman Road, Hastingwood Road, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Roundabout, London Road, Harlow Common, Foster Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 135m northeast of both junctions with Epping Lane for a distance of approximately 860m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2299446 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Epping Lane, Mount Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hamlet Hill, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hamlet Hill, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Reeves Lane for a distance of approximately 120m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLTMD9Z004 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover renewal works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Epping Road Roundabout, Tylers Road, Epping Road, Water Lane, Common Road, Nazeing Common, Middle Street, North Street, Pecks Hill, Sedge Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tawneys Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tawneys Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with The Fairway for a distance of approximately 75m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2020 for 12 nights (19:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298964 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while zebra crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Tawneys Road, The Fairway, Tilegate Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
