TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal for Community Growth Area development comprising residential development (including sheltered accommodation), neighbourhood centre (including retail / commercial units and community support facilities), access roads, footpaths, cyclepaths, surface water management and drainage, structural landscaping and associated works (Application will be for Planning Permission in Principle) at lands at Heatheryknowe, Easterhouse, Glasgow. As a consequence of COVID - 19 we are unable to physically host a staffed public exhibition in relation to the above noted proposals. Instead we will be hosting the public exhibition online, which can be accessed from the following webpages http://www.mcinally-associates.co.uk/hn/index.html and www.manorarchitects.com/community-consultations. These webpages can be accessed from the 25th November to 9th December and any comments / questions can be made both online on the webpages and via email. All comments to be submitted by the 16th December. In addition to this we will host a live web chat on http://www.mcinallyassociates.co.uk/hn/index.html between 10am - 1pm on 27th November. Any questions received from the public from the date of publication of this newspaper advert until the 9th December will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 16th December to advice@mcinally-associates.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
