BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
(CHILTERN DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT 1053) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that 13th November 2020, Buckinghamshire Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 13th November 2020, is to introduce waiting restrictions on various roads in the Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St Giles areas of Buckinghamshire.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at "The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF".

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Order, you may within six weeks from 4th December 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
