A petition for sequestration has been raised in Airdrie Sheriff Court by Funding Circle Trustee Ltd, Petitioner, calling as a Debtor Maxamed Cumar Saalim whose last known address was 320 Calder Glen Courts, Airdrie ML6 8DN. If Maxamed Cumar Saalim wishes to defend the petition he should appear within the Sheriff Court at Airdrie, Sheriff Court House, Graham St, Airdrie ML6 6EE on 26 November 2020 at 3.00pm to show cause why sequestration should not be awarded. He should immediately contact the sheriff clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court, Graham St, Airdrie ML6 6EE from whom the service copy petition may be obtained. If he fails to do so an award of sequestration will be granted against him. Owing to the government restrictions caused by Covid-19, this hearing will proceed by telephone conference call.
