Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to introduce the restrictions specified: No Waiting At Any Time Bridge Street/Sleegill, North East side, from its junction with Riverside Road to a point 145 metres north west of its junction with the north side of Theakston Lane; Bridge Street/Sleegill, South West side, from its junction with Bridge Terrace to a point 22 metres north of its junction with the centre line of Boggy Lane; Bridge Street/Sleegill, South West side, from a point 15 metres south of its junction with the centre line of Boggy Lane to a point 145 metres north west of its junction with the north side of Theakston Lane (measured along the north eastern kerb line). No Waiting At Any Time (Carriageway Only) Bridge Street/Sleegill, South West side from a point 22 metres north of its junction with the centre line of Boggy Lane to a point 15 metres south of its junction with the centre line of Boggy Lane. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton, during normal office hours between 13/11/20 & 07/12/20 & also available to be viewed online at
