The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Citizens Advice Southampton

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Citizens Advice
will be held at 5pm on 18 November 2020 online via Zoom.

The formal business of the AGM is to approve the minutes from the AGM held on 27 November 2019, receive the Trustee's Annual Report, receive the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2020, to agree the appointment of auditors/auditors' remuneration and to confirm the election and re-election of nominated trustees.
In addition to the formal business, there will also be a short presentation by Chief Officer, Liz Donegan on Citizens Advice Southampton's Response to Covid-19 and Future Plans.
Anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in furthering the work of the Charity may attend and (with the consent of the Chair) speak at the AGM but only members of the Charity shall be entitled to vote.
