The Council Planning Committee has decided to hold a pre-determination hearing allowing the applicant, agent and any interested parties, including members of the public, who have made representations on the application, the opportunity of appearing before it and being heard. The hearing will be via WebEx and will be streamed live on the Council's YouTube channel. Requests to speak will be facilitated via WebEx. Alternative arrangements can be made for anyone who does not have access to WebEx. In order to request speaking rights, please email your request to: democratic.services@fermanaghomagh.com by Friday 20 November 2020 by 5.00pm. This is the only system by which Speaking Rights may be requested. Please quote the reference number in all correspondence.
