Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 5 (Part), Bulford; from its junction with A3028 Double Hedges to the junction with Messines Road to enable Construction of Combined Cycleway/Footpath. Alternative routes: via Messines Road - Passchendaele Road - Cambrai Road - Churchill Avenue -Salisbury Road - A3028 Double Hedges and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 07 December 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 08 February 2021. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: a) Elm Grove Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Footpath 64, Salisbury for a distance of approximately 100 metres in an easterly direction, b) Clarendon Road, Salisbury; from its junction with Elm Grove Road to its junction with Wessex Road to enable BT to carry out Remedial works to reinstatement and associated works. Alternative route (a): via Elm Grove Road (unaffected length) - Wessex Road - Kelsey Road and vice versa. Alternative route (b): via Wessex Road -Elm Grove Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 07 December 2020 and the closure will be required until 11 December 2020. Please note these roads will not be closed at the same time. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To introduce No Waiting at any time and No Loading at any time on Middleton - east side - i) from the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction ii) from a point 31 metres north of the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction; Middleton - west side - from a point 5 metres north of the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 13 metres in a southerly direction. Order 2 - To formalise the School keep clear entrance marking outside of Winterslow Primary School with the restriction No Stopping on entrance markings on Middleton - east side - from the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 31 metres in a northerly direction. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19.
