(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 7) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting At Any time' on Skitts Hill, Challis Lane, Driberg Way, Harrison Drive and Browning Road; and 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 10-11 am 2-3pm excluding Bank and Public Holidays' on Skitts Hill in the District of Braintree. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL760 222 with rev 1, TL760 220 with rev 1 and TL760 217 with rev 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 16 November 2020.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Braintree Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 51 Om southeast of its junction with Fairstead Hall Road for a distance of approximately 305m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS212325 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. (Church Road, Boreham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Boreham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with The Chase for a distance of approximately 225m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC111WBNW4K0B002 - BT). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 325m south west of its junction with Nuns Meadow for a distance of approximately 170m in a south westerly direction. (Howe Street, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Howe Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 195m northeast of its junction with Little London Hill for a distance of approximately 150m in a northeasterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Littley Green Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Felsted Road for a distance of approximately 560m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th November 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS-UTTLEYGREEN-01 - County Broadband LTD).
