Proposed deregistration of common land

Section 16 of the Commons Act 2006
Proposed deregistration of common land at:
Common Land 263 (Ford Heath), Land south of Puddletown Road, Binnegar Quarry, BH20 6AX

SITA UK Ltd has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs under section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for land forming part of the above-mentioned registered common land (the "release land") to cease to be so registered. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
It is proposed that land (the "replacement land") be registered as common land in place of the release land.
The release land is described in the First Schedule to this notice, [and the replacement land is described in the Second Schedule].

A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, DT1 1XJ between the hours of 9am and 5pm until Friday 17th October 2014. A copy of the application may be obtained by writing to the address listed at the bottom of the page.

Representations sent to The Planning Inspectorate cannot be treated as confidential. They will be copied to the applicant and possibly to other interested parties.

FIRST SCHEDULE
(The release land)
197,093 square metres of land forming part of Common Land (Register Unit CL263) at Ford Heath, Binnegar, Wareham. The land is shown edged red in the submitted drawings and is centred on OS reference SY 885 874.

SECOND SCHEDULE
(The replacement land)
229,327 square metres of land adjoining the western and southern boundaries of CL263. The land is shown edged green in the submitted drawings and described as parcels 1-3.
