LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ozgur Demirci has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet for a Premises Licence to permit the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the Premises. Sunday to Thursday: From 08.00 To 23:00, Friday and Saturday: From 08.00 To 00:00 at Organc World, 1388 - 1340 High Road, Whetstone, NJ0 9HJ. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: 8th floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning the application must give notice in writing to the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 27/11/2020. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations wil be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an ofence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
