LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Harbir Singh Bakshi t/a McDonald's Restaurants has applied to Hertsmere Borough Council on 9th November 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 213 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 ITE for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 00:00 Sundays to Thursdays and from 23:00 until 02:00 Fridays & Saturdays via Drive-Thru only. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of opposition by 7th December 2020 to :-The Licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 IWA Or by e-mail:
A record of the application can be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the licensing officer at the address above. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder; public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
