Reason: Green Belt.
20/1696/HSE/LN: 3 Harris Lane, Shenley, WD7 9ED. Conversion of garage to habitable room, construction of single storey front porch extension, single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration. Conversion of loft to habitable room with associated roof alterations to include 2 x front dormers, 1 x rear dormer and insertion of roof lights. Reason: Green Belt and Listed Building in Conservation Area.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no farther opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
