CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14, AS AMENDED, THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS EDITH ROAD & SELHURST ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate an examination of the railway bridge they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic in Edith Road and Selhurst Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Edith Road will be closed at its junction with Selhurst Road;
(b) Selhurst Road will be closed between its junction with Edith Road and Selhurst Station.
3. Whilst the works are taking place access will be maintained for residents of Edith Road. The diversion routes for other vehicular traffic will be as described below:-
(i) Northbound: Selhurst Road A213 - High Street A213 - South Norwood Hill A215 - Grange Road A212 - Whitehorse Road A212 -Northcote Road A213 - Selhurst Road A213.
(ii) Southbound: Selhurst Road A213 - Northcote Road A213 - Windmill Road A213 - St James's Road A213 - Sumner Road A213 - Mitcham Road A236 - Lombard Roundabout - Thornton Road A23 - London Road A23 - Streatham High Road A23 - Streatham Common North A214 - Crown Lane A214 - Crown Dale A214 - Central Hill A214 - Church Road A212 - South Norwood Hill A215 - High St A213 -Selhurst Road A213.
(iii) Edith Road - Dagnall Park - Northcote Road - Selhurst Road -vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 19 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over one night, between 10pm and 6am. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The prohibitions will not apply to any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works, or to any vehicle being used for police, ambulance or fire service purposes.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING ORCHARD RISE, CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate utility connection works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Orchard Rise.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Orchard Rise will be closed outside No.8 Orchard Rise;
(b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time' outside Nos. 8 to 10 Orchard Rise.
3. During the closure access will be maintained for residents and emergency services.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 16 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle involved in the said works;
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS ROMAN WAY AND REEVES CORNER, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works on traffic lights on behalf of TFL, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Roman Way and Reeves Corner.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -
(i) Vehicles proceeding in Roman Way will be prohibited from turning right into Reeves Corner;
(ii) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the work in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Roman Way, Mitcham Road and Lombard Roundabout.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 2 days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be necessary.
5. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AMPERE WAY, CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate access to a manhole in order to undertake a CCTV investigation survey and cleaning of a sewer, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Ampere Way.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Ampere Way will be closed south-eastbound between Ampere Way tram stop and its junction with Purley Way.
3. During the closure the diversion route for traffic will be via Ampere Way and Beddington Farm Road, appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 03 December 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over two nights between 10pm and 5am. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle involved in the said works;
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS MORLAND AVENUE, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate all utility connections, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Morland Avenue, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Morland Avenue at its junction with Morland Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force, the alternative route for traffic will be via Morland Road, Stretton Road and Leicester Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 12 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 8 days. However,
the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Sunny Bank, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Sunny Bank at its junction with Bevill Close.
3. The Order will come into operation on 07 December 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 4 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS TIRRELL ROAD AND WINDMILL GROVE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Tirrell Road and Windmill Grove, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Tirrell Road will be closed between its junction with Windmill Grove and the common boundary of Nos. 11 and 13 Tirrell Road;
(b) Windmill Grove will be closed between its junction with Tirrell Road and the north-eastern flank wall of No. 43 Windmill Grove;
(c) Parking bays in the following locations will be suspended.
(i) Windmill Grove - one bay outside No. 42, three bays adjacent to No. 43 and three bays adjacent to the flank wall of Nos. 1 - 7, Tirrell Road.
(ii) Tirrell Road - bays outside Nos. 9, 11, 13.
3. During the works the diversion routes for traffic will be via Beulah Grove, Princess Road and Queens Road, and vice versa, or via Queens Road, Windmill Road and Beulah Road, and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 30 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 18 December 2020. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
