The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Application No: 2020/38022 Proposal: Householder -Proposed two storey rear extension with loft conversion and internal alterations Location: 11, Baycliffe, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 0QF Applicant: John Hughes The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
