Foundry St (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Foundry St for its entire length, The Order will be effective from 23rd November 2020 for 18 months, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow for the construction of the Youth Zone. Ref: High/2173
Marsh House Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Marsh House Ln from its jet. with Godfrey St to its jet. with Hume St. The Order will be effective on 15th November 2020 between 6pm & 11:59pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Battersby Ln, Manchester Rd, Padgate Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out railway bridge examinations. Ref: High/2172
