Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased person late of Claymore, Henley Road, Great Alne, Warwickshire, B49 6HX who died on 1 st August 2020 is hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the personal representatives at the email address below within 2 months and 1 day of this notice after which the estate will be distributed among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the personal representatives have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
