LICENSING ACT 2003 We Pizza Pls Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 2, Bohls Yard, St Thomas Street, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 8JP. This application is to: Sale of Alcohol. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 3rd December, 2020. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
