Application has been made by SAARKI Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Buckinghamshire Council (Wycombe Area) for a Premises Licence for the Cinquieme at 11 Denmark Street High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2DB. The application includes the following terms:-1.To enable the sale of alcohol between 10am and midnight daily. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours on New Year's eve as specified in the application. 3.To enable the provision of late night refreshment between llpm and midnight daily. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between the hours of 9.30am to 4.00pm at the offices of the licensing authority, Buckinghamshire Council (Wycombe area), Queen victoria Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1BB or on the website of the licensing authority: http://www.wycombe.gov.uk  A responsible authority or any other person can mate written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 30th November 2020. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
