(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUICKMOOR LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Quickmoor Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Bucks Hill south westwards for a distance of approximately 200m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Bottom Lane, Commonwood and Quickmoor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ABBOTS ROAD, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Abbots Road, Abbots Langley from its junction with High Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 362m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via High Road, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Abbots Road.
The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN CHALFONT LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chalfont Lane, Chorteywood from its junction with Blacketts Wood Drive south eastwards to Its junction with Shire Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 474m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Blacketts Wood Drive, Whitelands Avenue and Shire Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides
of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PARSONAGE ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Parsonage Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Rectory Lane north westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via High Street, Station Road, Homestead Road, A412 (Park Road/Rectory Road) and Parsonage Road or via A412 Rectory Road, Wensum Way and High Street.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing lighting column is proposed to be executed near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Novello Way, Borehamwood from its junction with Denham Way north eastwards, south eastwards and north westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Carrington Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Carrington Avenue south eastwards for its entire length.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Koh I Noor Avenue, Bushey from its junction with A411 High Street north eastwards to its junction with Herkomer Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 170m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via A411 High Street, Melbourne Road and Herkomer Road, or via A411 High Street, Boumhall Road and Herkomer Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Red Lion Lane, Sarratt from its junction with The Green north eastwards for a distance of approximately 127m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via The Green, Poles Hill, Plough Lane and Red Lion Lane. The Order is needed because highway improvement works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON STATION ROAD AND GALLOWS HILL, KINGS LANGLEY) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Kings Langley from a point in line with the northern boundary of 'Flintstones' south eastwards for a distance of approximately 382m.
An alternative route will be via Station Road, Primrose Hill, Toms Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road, High Street, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Station Road.
2. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from being driven at a speed exceeding 20mph on that length of Station Road/Gallows Hill, Kings Langley from its junction with Water Lane south eastwards to its junction with Gallows Hill Lane, a distance of approximately 1571m, when signs are in place.
The Order is needed because the erection of scaffolding on the highway is proposed to be executed on the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 6 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (A405 NORTH ORBITAL ROAD, WATFORD) (PROHIBITION OF U-TURNS) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a prohibition of U turns on part of the A405 North Orbital Road, Watford as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Thursday 19 November 2020. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected, during normal office hours, from 6 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford.
