(Rose Gardens, Harwich) (20mph Zone) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To formalise the 20mph zone on Rose Gardens, Harwich, in the District of Tendring, From the junction with B1352 Main Road, Harwich, for its entire length.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 7 November 2020.

Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-5pm on Friday at Essex County Council, County Hall E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford if so required following the current social distancing restrictions. Alternatively documents can be posted to you upon request.
Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Deepdale Road, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deepdale Road, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with The Vineway to its other junction with The Vineway a distance of approximately 160m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304234 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Vineway and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Clarkes Road to its other junction with Clarkes Road a distance of approximately 355m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th November 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304302 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Clarkes Road and vice versa.
