Notice is hereby given that pursuant to S.27 Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of the above formerly of 54 Beech Crescent, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 1DP who died on 2 May 2014 is hereby required to give particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executors not later than 15 November 2014 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled having regard only to claims of which they then have had notice and will not be liable to any persons of whose claims they shall not have had notice.
