(Footpath 7 & 8, Bradwell-On-Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 7 & 8, Bradwell-On-Sea in the District of Maldon. Footpath 8: for its entire length (approximately 180 metres). Footpath 7: from its junction with Footpath 8, in a south westerly direction for approximately 568 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/11/2020 to 12/03/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while essential repairs to a flood defence embankment are undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 16/11/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Little Totham Road, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Totham Road, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 405m northwest then north of its {unction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30071166325 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement and overhead cabling works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Beckingham Street, Mill Lane, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Beckingham Road, Maldon Road, Goldhanger Road, Church Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.6) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 12th November 2020 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colam Lane, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 75m west of its junction with The Rye Held for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008N0V11EAZTF467 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Colam Lane, North Hill, Holybread Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 180m south east of its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 350m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11 th November 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007503399 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Old London Road, Herbage Park Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
