Premies Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I, Shijumon Joseph hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licencing authority of Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1 UZ for a new Premise Licence at Metro Supermarket Ltd, 1 South Terrace Mews, 10A Trinity Street, Dorchester, DT1 1TU. The application is to apply to authorise the licensable activity of Sale of Alcohol between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday. Should you wish to make representations to the council it must be in writing in 28 days and/or you can view my application by contacting the council on 01305 838028. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: https://www.dorsetcouncilgov.uk/. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
