Premises Licence Application

Notice is given that Penelope Ingrid Strong and Oliver Nicholas Stron have applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Strong Orchard Pineapple Lane Waytown Bridport Dorset DT6 5HZ for the provision of alcohol and regulated entertainment generally between the hours of 09:00-24:00hrs on Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected on the council's website www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
