Notice is hereby given that Conjure Group Ltd has applied to Richmond Council for a new premises licence at 369 Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen, London SW14 7NX for the sale by retail of alcohol in sealed packaging for consumption off site at home through delivery partners including Deliveroo and UberEats. No alcohol will be sold for consumption on premises. No advertising, signage or menus at the licensed premises will advertise the sale of alcohol.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
