Re: Frank Barrett (Deceased) PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 NOTICE is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Frank Barrett late of Beanlands Nursing Home, Colne Road, Glusburn BD20 8PL who died on the 16th April 2020 and whose will was proved in the Newcastle District Probate on the 18th day of October 2020 by Christopher Charles Jackson, Richard Francis Barrett and Jacqueline Susan Emmott the executors in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the Executors on or before the 6th January 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
