LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Premises: 48 Fletcher Gardens, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 1FJ.
Notice is given that The Taste Initiative Ltd has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council For a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises via an online website (

) 7 days a week.
The premises are not open to the public it is purely the offices of an online business.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
