COSGROVE CLOSE N21 - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential demolition works to Reardon Court, Cosgrove Close, N21 the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Cosgrove Close, N21) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2020 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit traffic from waiting and loading on:

(i) the east side of Cosgrove Close from a point 6.5 metres from its junction with Barrowell Green northwards for a distance of approximately 130 Metres metres, then eastwards for approximately 7 metres; and

(ii) the west side of Cosgrove Close from a point 6 metres from its junction with Barrowell Green Northwards, for a distance o1 approximately 132 metres, as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to police or emergency services personnel if works allow.

4. The prohibitions would come into operation on 12 November 2020 between the hours of 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 1 pm on Saturdays and would continue in force for 3 months or until works have been completed.
