The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
MD - Application No. 45/2020/0725/PF - Llys Anwyl, Churton Road, Rhyl - Conversion of existing offices to form 12 self-contained apartments, including demolition of extension to rear, erection of car port and sprinkler tank compound, landscaping and associated works.
MD - Application No. 43/2020/0773/PF - Land adjacent to Plas Morfa Farm, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Prestatyn - Erection of 35 no. dwellings and associated works.
