Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I, Mark Long give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Shop 2 Tidemill House, Falmouth, TR11 3XP. The application is to have a tap room and off licence for The Bearded Brewery. The proposed opening hours are between 10am - 11pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sundays. Opening hours will vary due to the seasons and other restrictions. The licence will be for consuming alcohol on the premises (e.g tasting sessions) and for the take away of alcohol. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email: licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 23/11/2020. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
