NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Shady Lane, Watford from its junction with Clarendon Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road, Wellington Road, WestJand Road and Shady Lane
or via Shady Lane, Westland Road, St Johns Road, A412 St Albans
Road, Station Road and Clarendon Road.
The Order is needed because highway improvement works are
proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 16 November

[TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.1024 St Albans Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 37m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A405 North Orbital Road, A41 North Western Avenue and A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because water service maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 20 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MOOR LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Moor Lane, Sarratt from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.3 'Albert Cottage' north eastwards for a distance of approximately 61 m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Moor Lane, Dawes Lane, The Green and Moor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 16 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hartsboume Road, Bushey from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.2 Hartsboume Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 63m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Hartsboume Road, A4140 High Road, California Lane, Giant Tree Hill, Finucane Rise, Gleed Avenue and Hartsbourne Road.

[TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BUCKS HILL, SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bucks Hill, Sarratt from its junction with The Common south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Quickmoor Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 528m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road, Ftedhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill and Bucks Hill. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

CHORLEYWOOD, KINGS LANGLEY, ABBOTS LANGLEY, RICKMANSWORTH AND MILL END) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of The Turnstones, Watford from its junction with York Way north westwards to its junction with The Gossamers, a distance of approximately 168m.
An alternative route will be via York Way and The Gossamers.
2. that length of York Way, Watford from its junction with Garsmouth Way south eastwards and eastwards to its junction with Westlea Avenue, a distance of approximately 440m.
An alternative route will be via Garsmouth Way, Meriden Way and Westlea Avenue.
3. that length of Capell Road, Chorleywood from its junction with Capell Way south westwards to its junction with Capell Avenue,
a distance of approximately 263m.
An alternative route will be via Capell Way, Hubbards Road,
Furze View and Capell Avenue.
4. that length of Kenford Close, Watford from its junction with Horseshoe Lane south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
5. the service road fronting Nos.10-38 Toms Lane, Kings Langley from its westernmost junction with Toms Lane south eastwards, north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 190m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
6. that length of Devereux Drive, Watford from a point 559m north westwards of its junction with Langley Way north westwards for its entire length.

7. that length of Roughwood Close, Watford from its junction with Glen Way north westwards for its entire length.

8. the service road fronting Nos.5-39 Tibbs Hill Road, Abbots Langley from its southernmost junction with Tibbs Hill Road south westwards, north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
9. that length of Parsonage Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with A412 Rectory Road southwards and south eastwards to its junction with Rectory Lane, a distance of approximately 140m.
An alternative route will be via A412 Rectory Road, Wensum Way, High Street and Parsonage Road.
10. that length of Quickwood Close, Mill End from its junction with The Queens Drive south eastwards, south westwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
11. that length of Woodville Court, Watford from its junction with A411 Hempstead Road north eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

[TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON THE ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO 'ELSTREE TRADE PARK', BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
t. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the access road leading to 'Elstree Trade Park', Borehamwood from its junction with A5135 Elstree Way south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 46m, except for access. An alternative route will be via A5135 Elstree Way. 2. The existing one way traffic system on the access road leading to 'Elstree Trade Park', Borehamwood from its junction with A5135 Elstree Way south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 235m will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because electrical works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.
