Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5) Notice is hereby given that Vista Worldwide Limited has applied in respect of Unit 10, Wakes Hall Business Centre, Colchester Road, Colchester CO6 2DY, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: a 24hour licence to sell alcohol online for delivery to customers homes. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 25th November 2020, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
