APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

THE Red House Museum and Gardens has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Red House Museum and Gardens The proposed changes to the activities at the premises are listed below:- Provision of the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment [inside and outside] for consumption on and off the premises during opening hours and additional non opening days/ hours for special events. Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2003, may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 29th August to 25th September 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
