NOTICE is given pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Hoyle late of 17 Balfour Road, Moordown, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH9 2AZ who died on l9 July 2014, is requested to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned, Solicitors for the Executor on or before 12 November 2014 after which date the Executor will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
