Effect of the order: To introduce a 30mph on the following lengths of mads Layer Road, Abberton in the Borough of Colchester:

Layer Road From a point approximately 150 metres southeast of its junction with Rectory Lane, in a northwest direction for a length of approximately 185 metres.
Rectory Lane From its junction with Layer Road in a northwest direction for its entire length.
