Notice is hereby given that University College, Durham University have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, DURHAM CASTLE, PALACE GREEN, DURHAM, DH1 3RW AND SURROUNDING BUILDINGS/AREASAn application for a premises licence is sought to permit the following activities:Provision of Plays from 10:00 – 22:00 Monday to Saturday and until 18:00 Sunday, provision of Regulated Entertainment (Including Live Music), Late Night Refreshment and Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 – 02:00 Monday to Sunday. College Annual Ball: Regulated Entertainment, Late Night Refreshment and Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 – 05:00 Monday to Saturday. Music in Fellows Garden becoming acoustic after 02:00, External music ceasing at 04:00.All activities to be indoors and outdoors.
