BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL LONGFLEET DRIVE MODIFICATION ORDER 2019
The above Order, made on 16th January 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a Public Bridleway commencing from a point on Magna Road at SZ 03401 97897 and running in a south south easterly direction for a distance of 234m towards Stoats Hill to a point at SZ 03406 97671, then turning in an east south easterly direction for a distance of 21 m to a point at SZ 03427 97660, then turning in a general south south westerly direction and running for a distance of 405m to a point at SZ 03307 97292, then turning west south west for a distance of 332m to a point at SZ 03027 97122, then leading further in a general south westerly direction through Long Coppice for a distance of 575m to a point at SZ 02598 96864, then running in a general south south westerly direction for a distance of 1190m across Canford Heath to a point at SZ 02125 95803, then running in a general southerly direction for a distance of 1520m, passing under Canford Heath Road to a point at SZ 02005 94342, then turning in an easterly direction and running for a distance of 149m to a point at SZ 02144 94327, then leading in a general south south easterly direction and running for a distance of 253m to a point at SZ 02214 94091, then leading in a general west south westerly direction for a distance of 142m to a point at SZ 02088 94034, then leading in a general south south westerly direction along Derby's Lane North and then Harwell Road for a distance of 912m to its terminus at SZ 01763 93193 adjoining the Dorset Way for a total length of 5733m. The number of the bridleway to be added is BR125. no later than 10th December 2020, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Any correspondence received will be made available for public inspection.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the order.
