HIGH COURT CLAIM FOR INJUNCTION AGAINST "PERSONS UNKNOWN"

On Friday 2 October 2020 the London Borough of Enfield issued proceedings in the High Court seeking an interim and final injunction for protection of its public spaces, (identified at

publicnotices) against 'Persons Unknown' from:

1. Entering and / or occupying any of the sites identified on the Map (available at

) for residential purposes which includes the siting of caravans, mobile homes, associated vehicles, and residential paraphernalia



2. Entering and / or occupying any of the sites identified on the Map (available at

) for the purposes of fly-tipping or discarding rubbish including entering with a caravans, mobile homes, pick-up trucks, vans or lorries and any associated vehicles.
