Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that, I, Daniel Kavanagh of Pie Hole Pizzas Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Southend on Sea Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Pie Hole Pizzas Limited, 21 Clifftown Road, Southend-on-Sea SS1 1AB, to supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises during the hours 12:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday and the provision of regulated entertainment comprising recorded music daily between 12.00 and 22.00 daily. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority [Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 16/11/2020. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), victoria Avenue Southend-on-Sea Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to Iicact20036southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address giver above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm or Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
