BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 37, Perm) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 37, Perm. The closure is required whilst tree works take place and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 2 November 2020 and will take approximately 4 days to complete. There is no suitable alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure. The proposed Order will come into operation on 2 November 2020, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Chartridge Lane, Chartridge in the Parish of Chartridge CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chartridge Lane from Buslins Lane for approx 97 metres. Alternative route: Chartridge Lane, Red Lion Hill, Swan Bottom, Chesham Lane, Rocky Lane, London Road, Aylesbury Road, Missenden Bypass, Amersham Road, Amersham Bypass, High Street, Gore Hill, The Broadway, London Road West, Station Road, Rectory Hill, Chesham Road, Red Lion Street, St Marys Way, Park Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection works take place commencing on 26 October 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 23 October 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Daws Hill Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Daws Hill Lane from California Way for approx 74 metres. Alternative route: Marlow Hill, A404 M40 J4 Roundabout, Handy Cross Roundabout, M40 Junction 4 To Junction 3 On Slip, Wycombe Road, Pump Lane North, Wiltshire Road, Little Marlow Road, Marlow Road, Sheepridge Lane, Heath End Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 26 October 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 23 October 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Poppy Road, Princes Risborough in the Parish of Princes Risborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Poppy Road for approx 47 metres. Alternative route: Poppy Road, Wycombe Road, Station Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames water carriageway reinstatement works take place commencing on 29 October 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 23 October 2020

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Cock Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cock Lane from Ashwells for approximately 1007 metres. Alternative route: New Road, Elm Road, School Road, Hammersley Lane, London Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst bore hole works take place commencing on 30 October 2020 between 06:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 23 October 2020

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Hammersley Lane, Tylers Green in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane for approximately 508 metres. Alternative route: School Road, Elm Road, Hazlemere Road, Penn Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Queen Victoria Road, Abbey Way Gyratory, Abbey Way, Easton Street, London Road, Gordon Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst ducting works in the carriageway take place commencing on 6 November 2020 between 20:00 and 05:00. Road closure will be only on each night between 20:00-05:00. Carriageway clear at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 November 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 23 October 2020

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (CHILTERN DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT 1053) ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that on 23rd October 2020, Buckinghamshire Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 23rd October 2020, is to introduce waiting restrictions on various roads in the Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St Giles areas of Buckinghamshire. A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at "The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF".

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Order, you may within six weeks from 4th December 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
