Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council Is seeking planning permission for the provision of a classbase for a temporary period until September 2025 application at Tollesbury County Primary School, East Street, Tollesbury CM9 8QE - CC/MAL/110/20. Tollesbury Primary School is situated within Tollesbury Conservation Area. The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Maldon District Approved Local Development Plan 2014-2029 adopted July 2017 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Notice is hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to install a Puffin Crossing on the following length of road in the City of Chelmsford:

NORTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAY B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers
The centre line of the crossing is located approximately 35 metres northeast of its junction with the Willow Grove/Ferrers Road Roundabout and measures approximately 8.2 metres between give-way lines.
SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAY B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers
The centre line of the crossing is located  approximately 42 metres northeast of its  junction with the Willow Grove/Ferrers Road Roundabout and measures approximately 8.2 metres between give-way lines.

NORTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAY B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers
1. From its junction with the southern , side of the Puffin Crossing, in a south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 17.5 metres.
2. From its junction with the northern side of the Puffin Crossing, in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 4.5 metres.
SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAY B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers
1. From its junction with the southern side of the Puffin Crossing, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 17.9 metres. 2. From its junction with the northern side of the Puffin Crossing, in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 25.8 metres.

(Colam Lane, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colam Lane, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 75m west of its junction with The Rye Field for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008N0V11EAZTF467 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Colam Lane, North Hill, Holybread Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 180m south east of its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 350m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007503399 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Old London Road, Herbage Park Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sporhams Lane, Sandon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sporhams Lane, Sandon in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 300m west then northwest of its junction with Woodhill Common Road for a distance of approximately 245m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA48030523 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Sporhams Lane, Woodhill Road, Mayes Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
