(Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh) [Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 265m in a north then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA48685245B - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by BT. Alternative routes are available via
1. Arterial Road, Progress Road, Rayleigh Road, Eastwood Road, Daws Heath Road.
2. Daws Heath Road, Eastwood Road, Highrt Street, High Road, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road - A129 to A127 Eastbound, Arterial Road.
The Order will come into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street/Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street/ Lamboume Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from the {unction with Althorne Way to the junction of Anchor Lane a distance of approximately 110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th November 2020 for 1 evening/night (20:30 - 23:30), or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M2416 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while permanent carriageway reinstatement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Creeksea Ferry Road, Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Radford Way, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Radford Way, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junctions with Mountnessing Road Roundabout for a distance of approximately 85m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2020 for 1 night (19:00-23:30), or where stated on a valid permit (BC211SEWAQM635W005 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Stock Road, High Street, Western Road, London Road, Mountnessing Road, Perry Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Burlington Court/Davenants, Pitsea) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction in that length of Davenants, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with Hawbush Green to its junction with Stirling Place a distance of approximately 123m.
2. To temporarily introduce a No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction in that length of Burlington Court, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with Davenants for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 26th October 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031000966563 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order came into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ghyllgrove, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ghyllgrove, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with Broadmayne to its junction with Audley Way a distance of approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2020 for 5 nights (19:00 -05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298224 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while traffic light installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Churchill Avenue, Lincoln Road, Broadmayne Roundabout, East Mayne, Felmores Roundabout, Whitmore Way, Ghyllgrove and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Southend Arterial Road, Thundersley, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road, Thundersley, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction of the offslip for Rayleigh Weir to the junction with the onslip Eastbound (both directions) a distance of approximately 625m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th October 2020 for 5 nights (21:00 -04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003036 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while servicing of the highway pumping station is undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southend Arterial Road, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A127 To A129 Eastbound, High Road, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A129 To A127 Eastbound, Arterial Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Vicarage Hill, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Vicarage Hill, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 180m north east of its junction with vicarage Heights for a distance of approximately 260m in a northerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004494 - Castle Point Borough Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while vegetation clearance works are undertaken on behalf of Castle Point Borough Council. An alternative route is available via vicarage Hill, Essex Way, High Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
