Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Rotherwas Service Station Limited in respect of Rotherwas Service Station, Holme bey Road, Hereford, HR2 6BQ lor a premises licence. The proposed application is to permit the supply of alcohol from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours on Mondays to Sundays. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford, HRI 2PJ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal office opening hours by prior appointment Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 13 November 2020, stating the grounds for the representations, ft is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
