THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Bar 1 Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BAR 1, 28-30 FRONT STREET, CONSETT. DH8 5AQ A variation is sought to: - dd "off sales" and extend the current hours for the sale of alcohol and recorded music to 12:00 02:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Also, to remove a condition requiring the use of polycarbonate glasses.
