Licensing Act 2003 Variation to Club Premises Certificate
We, Winchester Conservative Club, hereby give notice that we have applied on 05/10/2020 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Club Premises Certificate for the premises known as: Highfield Lodge, Worthy Lane, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7AB.
The application is for: Extension to licensable area and amendment to licensable hours.
Details: To extend area for permitted licensable activities to include bowling green, garden and patio. To amend licensable hours for Indoor Sporting Events as follows: Monday to Friday 1900 to 2300; Saturday 1200 to 2300; Sunday 1200 to 2230. To amend licensable hours for Live Music as follows: Monday to Thursday 1900 to 2200; Friday and Saturday 1900 to 2330; Sunday 1900 to 2200; Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 2000 to 0130. To amend licensable hours for Recorded Music as follows: Monday to Thursday 2000 to 2230; Friday and Saturday 2000 to 2300; Sunday 2000 to 2230; Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 2000 to 0130. To amend licensable hours for Supply of Alcohol on Saturdays and Sundays from April to September inclusive as follows: Saturday 0900 to 0030; Sunday 0900 to 2300. To amend the licensable hours for Supply of Alcohol on Christmas Day, as follows: Christmas Day 1200 to 2230. Date 05/10/2020
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Section, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 02/11/2020 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council's website.
